Hungarian gastronomy at its highest…

… at any rate, this year’s Sirha will surely be noted in both the national and international gastro memory bays as well – and it need to be mentioned on Coninvest’s part as well. We are still constantly taking our (chef) hats off to the fantastic performance of Tamás Széll but we are also very proud of ourselves since the combi steamer Tamás used during the preparations was provided by us. Apart from the success of the Bocuse d’Or we have to mention the Sirha dessert competition as well, which we sponsored with many of our machines. Our machinery proved to be a great help to the competitors since they had to create a plated dessert with chocolate, a fruit cake and an artistic element (made from chocolate or sugar-caramel) which provided a big challenge for them. We had the pleasure to offer some of our culinary delicacies to the guests and partners visiting our stand as well: Ugo Pradella and Francesco Tebaldini created a real Italian kitchen atmosphere within 48m2 where during the tasting of the mouthfuls everyone had the opportunity to examine the exclusive kitchen technology equipment and furniture of Coninvest. After 3 magnificent days we return home proud, a little bit tired and with great smiles on our faces to our headquarters in Budaörs.
